Teaching Stories: Learning that Lasts
Hoopoe Books are universal stories, beautifully illustrated with images from Central Asia and the Middle East – the area from which they originated centuries ago and one that is often misunderstood in our country today.
We are seeking funds to provide books to elementary schools whose students include Afghan, Pakistani or Middle Eastern children. In this way we hope to help young readers and their families from all backgrounds realize how much we have in common and can learn from each other.
