The Institute for the Study of Human Knowledge (ISHK) is dedicated to cross-cultural understanding and to bringing important research on human nature to the general public. Our programs and publications include: Hoopoe Books and its literacy programs, Books for Afghanistan, Books for Pakistan, Books for Refugees, and Share Literacy and The Human Journey website which uses a multi-disciplinary approach to the questions of who we are, where we came from, and what we might become.
